Blue Ox is the first axe throwing business to open up in Connecticut. As a young company that was the first of its kind in the area, I created a new brand identity to help make their first impression last on the community. The new brand shines with a sleek icon of the blue ox representing the tale oPaul Bunyan paired with collegiate typography. In addition, its use of natural elements like wood, metals, and stone textures helps drive the brand of its rustic roots of the true experience of axe throwing.
